A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date, and this deposit is nonrefundable once paid, as it holds your spot on our calendar and allows us to begin planning.
If an event is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled date, a portion of the final payment may be retained to cover groceries, prep, and planning already completed.
If The Seasonal Table must cancel for any reason, all payments — including the deposit — will be fully refunded.
We currently accept payments via Square (credit/debit), bank transfer, or check. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due 7-10 days prior to the event, depending on how large your party is.
Our Service Agreement is a simple written understanding between us and our clients that outlines all event details — including services provided, dates, pricing, and expectations. It ensures we’re both on the same page before your event and helps guarantee a smooth, stress-free experience.
Yes! While our core service area includes Central and East PA, we’re happy to travel anywhere in Pennsylvania, and even out of state or out of the country. Travel fees simply apply based on time and distance.
We bring everything required for cooking or catering as is discussed in our agreements per event. If your event requires tableware, rentals, or additional service items, we can coordinate that for you or work with what you already have.
