Per ~20 guests:
3–5 small bites
2–3 trays (mix of mains + sides)
Optional: 1 grazing board or feature item
For fuller buffet-style catering.
Per ~30–40 guests:
5–6 small bites
4–5 trays total
Optional: 1 feature item (grazing board, bar, or carving station)
For structured events with multiple courses or stations.
Per ~50 guests:
6–8 small bites
6–8 trays (balanced mains + sides)
1–2 feature stations (bar, carving, or grazing setup)
